U.S. News & World Report Reveals Best and Worst Diets for 2024

 January, also known as diet season, has begun, and the rankings are in: The top diets for 2024 have been revealed by U.S. News & World Report.

 The Mediterranean diet is ranked #1 out of 30 diets for the sixth consecutive year. 

 Other well-liked diets, such as the Atkins and ketogenic diets, came in last on the list of the Best Diets Overall, ranking Nos. 25 and 26, respectively.   

 Similar to past years, the Mediterranean diet ranked higher overall in 2024 than the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet.
