Is Randy Travis on ‘The Price is Right’?

Randy Travis, who is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and has topped the country charts 23 times, continues to keep one of the busiest public performance schedules in the country music genre.

The artist who is responsible for the song “Forever and Ever, Amen” will make an appearance on the CBS show “The Price Is Right” on Tuesday.

The long-running game show in the history of television airs at 11 a.m. to noon Eastern Time (ET) or 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pacific Time (PT).

It is the daytime series that has the highest ratings on network television.

Drew Carey, the host of “The Price Is Right,” invited Travis, his wife Mary, his family, and the soulful pianist Jacob Tolliver to attend the taping of the show while Travis was in Los Angeles. Other special guests were Jacob Tolliver.

Travis was a dedicated viewer of “The Price Is Right,” but he did not participate in the show as a contestant. However, he did have a front-row seat to the show.

As an additional perk, he was presented with a name badge from “Price is Right,” he was allowed to take pictures on “Bidders Row,” and he was also allowed to go backstage and view the “Plinko” board and “The Big Wheel” that was utilized for the showcase clash.

Twenty years have passed since Travis, a native of Texas, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and suffered a stroke in July 2013.
