Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

– 1 cup of mixed frozen fruits (such as berries, bananas, mangoes, or peaches) – 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt or regular yogurt) – 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

– 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness) – A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder and thicker smoothie) – Fresh mint leaves or sliced fruits for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Place the frozen fruits, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.
