Chocolate Baked Oatmeal

This chocolate baked oatmeal with peanut butter sounds luxurious, but it's actually loaded with healthful components. Of course, it's still incredibly delicious and simple to prepare.

Valentine's Day, and Galentine's Day all fall in one month, so I decided it was the ideal time! I'd love to wake up to this for my birthday (hint, hint, Isaac!) and think it'd be great to serve during a Galentine's Day brunch.

One of the reasons baked oatmeal is so popular is that it's simple to prepare and ideal for meal planning! You only need one bowl and one baking dish. 

I'll reduce the number of dishes wherever possible! We do far too many dishes around here to justify adding more mixing bowls, especially now that we have a baby. 

Our sink is constantly filled with dishes, including pump components and bottles.

To prepare this baked oatmeal, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, sea salt, flaxseed, mashed banana, 

coconut oil, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. Once that's done, mix in your chopped chocolate.
