Chia Berry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt 

Ingredients: 

– 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored) – 1 tablespoon chia seed
